What Clients Are Saying?
If any of these sound familiar — you’re in the right place!
Our Chinese counterparty stopped paying a $1.5 million contract and stopped answering emails. After multiple law firms declined the case, SuitWin rebuilt our entire evidence chain — three years of transaction records, emails, and payment flows — and won a full victory at CIETAC arbitration in Beijing. The award, plus interest, was paid in full — by a state-owned enterprise.

After the final $100,000 installment went unpaid, SuitWin funded the entire claim. We paid no attorney's fees. Our total upfront cost was a $783 court filing fee — and even that came back to us after we won. SuitWin's share came out of the recovery, as agreed in writing. Everything was handled remotely, and the full payment arrived within half a year of our first email to them.

What We Charge

What we earn?
Settled before trial → lower rate
Court judgment → standard rate
Full enforcement → quoted separately

What you pay?
SuitWin pays the attorney’s fees. Your only expenses are third-party costs — court fees, preservation, insurance, notarization — paid directly to providers, at cost, against receipts.
Court and arbitration fees, typically around 70% of these costs, are ultimately borne by the losing party under Chinese law.
Free consultation — no time limit. No deposit.
What We Fund
We fund cross-border claims against Chinese counterparties.
1. Overdue Payment Disputes
We fund claims involving unpaid invoices, defaulted balance payments, and deposits not returned by Chinese counterparties.
About US
SuitWin Recovery is a claim recovery company, not a law firm. We fund your claim against a Chinese counterparty and pay the attorney’s fees. Every case is handled by licensed Chinese attorneys from our partner law firms — and we only earn when your money is recovered.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. How much do I pay?
No attorney’s fees — SuitWin pays the lawyers. For third-party costs and our share, see “What We Charge” above: every case is quoted individually in writing, and your free Case Evaluation Report includes a full cost estimate before you commit. The earlier your case settles, the lower our rate.
2. How long does it take?
Property preservation is typically finalized within 15 days of filing the application and providing the guarantee. For the full case: cases requiring litigation usually conclude within 6–12 months. Chinese courts usually issue a first-instance judgment within 6 months (add about 3 months if appealed); arbitration awards typically take around 6 months. In many cases, debtors voluntarily settle once we’ve frozen their bank accounts, property, and vehicles.
3. Do I need to travel to China or attend court in person?
No. Everything is handled remotely — signing, evidence submission, hearings, and receiving your recovery. The only document requiring local processing is the power of attorney (notarization and apostille), which we guide you through step by step.
