No Win, No Fee
Recover Your Money From China
I’ve always heard that Chinese courts rely on connections, but that Chinese state-owned enterprise has a lot of influence in the local area. I consulted with many Chinese lawyers, but faced with exorbitant legal fees and uncertain outcomes, I was really on the verge of giving up!
Later, Attorney Yun offered us a ‘No Win, No Fee’ arrangement, which finally put my mind at ease. Faced with a complex case, he was always able to quickly identify the key issues and formulate a clear and effective litigation strategy. Ultimately, the case achieved a successful outcome, helping us successfully recover $1.5 million in damages from the Chinese state-owned enterprise. I am deeply grateful for Attorney Yun’s assistance and highly recommend him!
To be honest, when the Chinese importer refused to pay the final installment, I was completely panicked. I couldn’t sleep for days. If we couldn’t collect that payment, our company would be sued by our downstream suppliers, and we would likely go bankrupt. I consulted many Chinese lawyers, but our company couldn’t afford the exorbitant legal fees, and at the time, I had very little trust in Chinese partners.
It was Attorney An who gradually helped me untangle the mess and offered us a “No Win, No Fee” arrangement—that’s what finally put my mind at ease. I remember there were several times when I felt all hope was lost, but Attorney An was even more determined than I was, always saying, ‘Let’s think of another way.’ The moment we finally received the judgment and the payment, my family and I all cried. During those hardest days, you were our rock. Thank you so much!

Clients do not need to pay any legal fees upfront. Clients pay the legal fees only after receiving compensation. Legal fees are typically 20%–30% of the compensation amount.
Prior to entering into a formal cooperation agreement, we offer clients a 30-minute free consultation. Any additional time beyond this initial period will be billed at a rate of USD 200 per half-hour. Should both parties proceed to establish a formal collaboration, the consultation fee may be applied as a credit towards the base fee or legal fees.
Once both parties have confirmed the partnership, the client pays a base fee of $1,000 (covering travel, translation).
